• Module Configuration and Maintenance
• Regular configuration of ERP modules for each semester.
• Specific configurations for ITLE, examination schedules, mentor-mentee modules, and other periodic requirements.
• Day-to-day support for Departments and Stakeholders
• Providing prompt assistance to departments such as Accounts, Library, HR, Store, and others as needed.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for module-specific stakeholders, handling operational support and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
• Identify and diagnose problems and errors within the ERP system.
• Coordinate timely resolutions to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Coordination with the ERP Team(MasterSoft)
• Maintain effective communication and follow-ups with the ERP development team for each module.
• Ensure all modules are operating efficiently and address any technical or functional issues.
• Monitoring, Analysis, and Coordination for System Enhancements
• Regularly analyze the ERP system to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and the ERP team to implement new enhancements based on operational requirements.
