Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented ERPNext Implementer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying and configuring ERPNext solutions tailored to business needs, providing training to users, and ensuring smooth implementation. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business process understanding, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration:
• Deploy ERPNext solutions by configuring modules such as HR, Finance, Sales, Inventory, and more.
• Customize forms, reports, and workflows according to client requirements.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical configurations and system enhancements.
• Client Training & Support:
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of ERPNext features.
• Provide ongoing support during and after the implementation to resolve issues.
• Testing & Troubleshooting:
• Perform system testing to ensure accuracy and completeness of configurations.
• Identify and resolve bugs or issues in the system.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and user manuals.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to the project manager and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years to 7 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably ERPNext.
• Basic understanding of business processes in finance, HR, inventory, or sales.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or scripting languages (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Frappe Framework.
• Basic understanding of Linux server environments and ERPNext deployment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
