Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ERPNext Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of ERPNext modules to meet client requirements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and implement effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customize ERPNext functionalities as per project requirements.
Develop custom modules, reports, and dashboards in ERPNext using Frappe Framework.
Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and APIs.
Create and maintain user-friendly interfaces and workflows for ERPNext users.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business processes and requirements.
Document processes, customizations, and maintain project documentation.
Train and support end-users in ERPNext functionalities and customizations.

Qualification Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Strong understanding of ERPNext modules (e.g., Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM, HR, etc.).
Experience with server management and deployment.
Familiarity with REST API integrations and third-party applications.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Additional Skills : Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) and Git version control is a plus.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Problem Solving : Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement fixes efficiently.
