Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end implementation of an ERP system for Real Estate, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external consultants, to identify and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and ERP system capabilities and propose effective solutions or customization options to meet specific Real Estate business needs.
• Develop and configure .NET-based customizations and extensions to the ERP system to align with Real Estate business processes, leveraging your expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Design and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and security for the ERP system.
• Utilize DocDesigner to customize and design templates for documents such as invoices, contracts, reports, and correspondence within the ERP system.
• Coordinate and manage data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate the ERP system's functionality and reliability.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of the ERP system, including customized .NET features, SQL Server queries, and DocDesigner templates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process, working closely with technical teams, vendors, or consultants if necessary.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Real Estate technology and ERP systems, providing recommendations for system enhancements or process improvements.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Real Estate or Property Management.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate business processes, including property management, leasing, financial management, and construction/project management.
• Expertise in .NET development using C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL Server database management, including database design, querying, optimization, and administration.
• Experience with DocDesigner or similar document customization and design tools.
• Solid knowledge of ERP system configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to travel as needed for project-related activities.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in relevant ERP systems or project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Real Estate industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to extract insights from ERP systems.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies during ERP implementations.
