We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Implementation Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background combined with experience in ERP systems, responsible for ensuring the successful integration of financial processes into our ERP platform. You will collaborate with various departments to analyze, design, and implement financial solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to understand current financial processes and requirements.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of the ERP system to meet finance-related needs.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and ERP capabilities.
• Develop and document finance-related business processes and workflows within the ERP system.
• Provide support in ERP Software
• Monitor the implementation process, providing regular updates and resolving issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards during the implementation process.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist with ongoing system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, particularly in finance or accounting ERP modules
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and migration techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
