Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy School/College ERP Implementation Executive to oversee the deployment, training, and support of our School ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing ERP solutions at educational institutions, training end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth transition to the digital system.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Deployment: Manage the end-to-end implementation of the School ERP system, including installation, configuration, and integration with existing systems. Conduct requirement analysis and map school processes to ERP modules. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and IT staff to ensure smooth adoption. Training & Support: Provide hands-on training sessions and workshops for school staff, teachers, and administrators. Develop training materials, user guides, and FAQs for easy reference. Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. Customization & Data Migration: Assist in customizing the ERP solution to meet school-specific needs. Facilitate data migration from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Understanding of School Management Systems (ERP) and their modules (Admissions, Fees, Attendance, Exam Management, Payroll, etc.). Strong technical aptitude and ability to configure ERP software. Experience with SQL databases, CSS& HTML, APIs, and system integrations is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills for training sessions. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Willingness to travel to client locations for implementation and training.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in ERP implementation, IT support, or EdTech solutions. Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms and data security best practices. Knowledge of basic programming or scripting (Python, JavaScript, CSS& HTML, etc.) is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
