Connecting with the clients and resolving their queries on call, remote desk, etc.
• Resolve tickets generated by the clients for their technical requests and problems to maintain productivity.
• Helps in designing and implementing successful software implementation.
• Keep tracking the user tickets and resolutions.
• Coordinate with the Development team in case of any new feature is required.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have problem-solving and process-improving mindset.
• Have basic knowledge of programming skills.
• Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
