Role Overview
This role is a key member of a new geographically aligned team of ERP analysts whose responsibility will be to support users on Haleon's global ERP system to have the right access to the right modules which ensures they can do their job. In this role, you will be responsible for provisioning access to new starters and movers across the relevant ERP modules, coordinating required learnings with the market training plan to bring users effectively and quickly on board & providing the required application access as per the standard documented process.
Core Job Responsibilities:• Manage ticket queue and provision access requests as requested and adhere to the service level agreement (SLA), established processes, security controls and corporate policies.
• Build and nurture positive working relationships with dependent teams with the intention to meet the objectives.
• Provisioning/de-provisioning of ERP accesses of employees and CWs.
• Proactively respond to requests to provide broad level of support to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve access related issues.
• Ensure requests contain proper approvals and reviewing completed requests for accuracy.
• Provide reports, provisioning and approval evidence when requested by auditors.
• Problem identification and timely resolving with the relevant solution for internal users.
• Maintaining operations support documentation.
• Support ad hoc requests & projects.
Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0 - 3 years of experience.
• High level of fluency in spoken and written English.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel).
• Should have very good knowledge/experience in User Access Management Process, SAP GRC (ARM) & Reporting.
• Knowledge & understanding of SAP Security module.
• Good experience in ticketing tools like Service Now, etc.
