FunctionHuman ResourcesPay BandE4 to M1RoleAs the ER Executive, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Head - ER.
The purpose of your role will be to manage and execute the various processes of ER like, Statutory Compliances, Contract Labour Management, Grievance Resolution, Disciplinary Process etc. in order to facilitate a free-flow of the Employee Relations process at the plant.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Ensuring 100% statutory compliances to avoid non compliances and legal liability on company
2. Maintaining the checker and maker process for the Contract Labour Management, Time office and Payroll Management
3. Maintaining the Disciplinary Process for being Shop/Department SPOC & Central lead for tracker and analysis for corrective actions implementation - inline to ensure 100% discipline in the plant
4. Handling the employees grievances and corrective actions for being Shop/Department SPOC & Central lead for tracker and analysis for corrective actions implementation - inline to ensure 100% discipline in the plant
5. Maintaining the ER Communication PlatformsA Day in the lifeYou will be responsible to manage and execute the various processes of ER like, Statutory Compliances, Contract Labour Management, Grievance Resolution, Disciplinary Process etc. in order to facilitate a free-flow of the Employee Relations process at the plant.Academic Qualification & ExperienceMBA/MSW-HR & LLB
3 - 6 years with good knowledge of Labor lawsTechnical Skills/Knowledge- Well-versed with labour laws
- Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws
- MS OfficeBehavioural Skills- Good interpersonal skills
