What role will you play?
In this role, you will support day-to-day BAU management activities. These include tracking onboarding engagements, legal agreements, and delivery artifacts across various stakeholders, such as Trading and Sales, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams--including Credit and Compliance. You will take on and manage non-trading desk BAU tasks and deliveries. Additionally, you will address ad hoc requests from the trading desk.
What you offer
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of managing and delivering quality outcomes. Strong understanding of, and experience with, equity markets and products, particularly equity finance products such as equity swaps and securities finance transactions (stock loan and repo).
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of the entire equity lifecycle, including front to back operations, documentation (ISDAs, GMSLAs, GMRAs), funding, margining, and collateral requirements. Familiarity with AML, KYC, legal, and regulatory frameworks is essential.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, complemented by an analytical mindset and the ability to rapidly assimilate new products and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Proven capability to build collaborative relationships, influence peers, and effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, a keen learning orientation, adaptability, high motivation, and a strong drive.
• Experience with Securities Financing Transactions (SFT), such as stock borrow and loan (SBL) and repo/reverse repo, particularly on the Broadridge 4Sight platform, is preferred.
