Education: Any GraduateExperience: Should have min. 2-3 years of relevant work experience into Trading (on terminal) & HNI Client acquisition.About the Role: These are individuals who are experienced in the stock markets and have requisite skills for acquiring big ticket clients and advise them on their decisions on the stock market & execute client trade on the terminal (Acquisition & Dealing). Key Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:- Acquire and manage big-ticket clients, specifically High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs).- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.- Leverage existing client relationships to drive business growth.- Extensive knowledge of stock markets and derivatives trading.2. Trading & Execution:- Advise clients on their stock market decisions.- Execute client trades on the trading terminal efficiently.- Provide in-depth analysis and insights on trading in derivatives.3. Sales & Business Development:- Achieve significant margin acquisition, with a minimum margin requirement of 1 lakh.- Demonstrate a strong and disciplined approach to sales activities.- Open and manage Demat accounts for clients.4. Compliance & Diligence:- Ensure all trading activities are conducted in a compliant and diligent manner.- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies.5. Skills & Competencies:- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.- Proficiency in trading and executing trades on the terminal.- Deep understanding of derivatives and equity markets.- Excellent sales acumen with a disciplined approach.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a compliant and ethical manner.Additional Information:- Candidates must have a client base and be willing to engage in trading and Demat account opening activities.- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
