Direct Responsibilities Active Client servicing revenue-: 15% growth in Mapped Revenue or 10times of CTC which ever is higher. Converting Potential Super Trader to Super Trader-: Monthly 2 clients and 20% Incremental revenue. Acquire 4 new clients per month and generate 20000 new revenue. Cross sell:- MF LS:- 6.5 lakhs per month SIP:-15000 per month and Incremental Loans (EMF and LAS) Insurance:- Target as and when introduced. NPS score-30 and CSAT- 80%
