Job description - Customer relationship manager ( Brokerage industry) Location - kolkata Experience - minimum 1 year Salary- as per company norms Roles and Responsibilities : 1. It is direct sales profile so candidate should be able to acquire quality base clients through networking, data base and market intelligence. And he/she should have maximum number of own clients relationship and he/she should be aware of local market intelligence. 2. Promote Focus Product of the month 3. Candidate should be able to acquire privilege clients and able to sell MF, Insurance, PMS, Structure Products 4. Candidate should have experience from banking and broking industries and managing bank 5. AUM of Privilege Clients 6. Suggesting the scrip to the client for trading and ensuring maximum profit to client which is recommended by our research team 7. Building relationships with clients & educating them about Investments 8. Responsible to manage team of dealers / equity advisors & generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term 9. Responsible to manage a team and drive client acquisition target primarily through the sale of equity based investment products, with prime focus on HNI segments to achieve targets & CROSS SALES OF THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS 10. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required Required Candidate profile Excellent communication and presentation skills with positive outlook Customer lead generation activities for sales penetration Should be good in sourcing HNI clients.
