Deep and strong understanding of Market & operational risk Including Equities F&O,Currency & Commodities, Margin Trade FinancingSupervision of Daily RMS and Square off processesExpertise in handling admin terminal, use of categories and rulesSet uniform standards for risk assessmentPerform comprehensive quantitative risk analysis including stress testing, VAR andliquidity analysis for specific portfolios / securitiesManaging team of Risk ManagersAssist in strategic planning related to risk managementRisk ReportingRegulatory reporting to Board/ExchangesRisk Incident reporting, tracking and remediationProvide senior management with global risk reporting and evaluationPreparation of various risk MISFund and Limit AllocationMonitor Funds and Collateral allocation at CC & ExchangesSegregation of Collateral at CC and ExchangeNew DevelopmentDevelopment of Backoffice and Inhouse development related to RiskReview and implement New regulatory changes in the system.Qualification & Skills10 + Years of experience as Head of RiskPost graduate - MBA, CAMS Excel expert levelGood general knowledge & understanding of current macro-economic trendsAbility to work independently, motivated to learn, and drive team
