Job Description

Job Title: Epoxy Paint Manufacturing Expert

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the production process from raw material selection to finished product

- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and protocols

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations

- Collaborate with R&D to develop new products and improve existing ones

- Optimize production workflows and troubleshoot issues

- Train and supervise production staff

- Conduct quality control and assurance activities

- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement

- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize material usage

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in paint or coatings manufacturing, with a focus on epoxy products

- Strong knowledge of epoxy chemistry, formulation, and application

- Experience with manufacturing processes, including batching, mixing, and packaging

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing a plus

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
