For more information: .:-We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Implementer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle EPM solutions to meet our organization\'s business needs. As an Oracle EPM Implementer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle EPM modules.Key Responsibilities:-
1. Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM solution designs.
2. Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to meet specific business needs.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
4. Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
5. Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle EPM applications.
6. Develop and maintain documentation related to Oracle EPM implementation, configurations, and processes.
7. Stay updated on the latest Oracle EPM features, functionalities, and best practices.Skills and Qualifications:-
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Economics or Computer Science, Information Systems
2. Proven experience (3 years) working with Oracle EPM suite (Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Essbase, Financial Close Management, etc.).
3. Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
4. Proficiency in Oracle EPM configuration, customization, and administration.
5. Experience with Oracle EPM integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM solutions is a plus.
10. Oracle EPM certification(s) preferred.
