Solar EPC Sales Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Solar EPC Sales Executive to drive lead generation and conversion for our growing solar EPC business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with an aggressive approach to meeting and exceeding targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can independently generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships within the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, industry events, and referrals.
• Sales Conversion: Actively work on converting high-quality leads into closed sales by understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through a disciplined and strategic approach to pipeline management.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business, customer loyalty, and referrals.
• Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and demand, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Proposal Development: Work with technical teams to develop customized proposals that address client requirements, align with budgets, and highlight value propositions.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and high levels of satisfaction.
• Post-Sales Coordination: Facilitate smooth handovers between clients and the project team, ensuring client expectations are met and issues resolved promptly.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates for management, detailing lead generation results, conversion rates, sales achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the solar industry, particularly in EPC sales, with a strong track record in lead generation and sales conversion.
Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to independently generate and convert leads.
• Strong understanding of the solar EPC market, products, and technical aspects.
• Results-oriented with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
