Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager

Job Summary:

The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's environmental health and safety programs. This role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, promotes a culture of safety, and works to minimize risks to employees and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Development: Create and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Training: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on EHS performance and compliance.
• Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Environmental Protection: Implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving EHS performance and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSHA, ISO 14001, or CSP are preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, excellent communication and training skills, ability to conduct risk assessments, and proficiency in EHS management software.

Budget - 10-15 LPA but not a constrain for right candidate.
