Ideal candidates should have a background in industries such as Energy, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Electronics, or Automotive. This role offers remote work flexibility, and the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in recruiting.Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit top candidates for various positions within the engineering and professional sectors using LinkedIn/Job boards etc.
• Meet weekly submission targets through effective sourcing and screening techniques.
• Work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and direct clients to fulfill core W2 hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactively identify challenges in the recruiting process and develop solutions to address them.
• Provide excellent verbal and written communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• 0-1 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Energy, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Electronics, or Automotive industries.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies to meet recruitment targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
• Proactive, solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
