This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start their career in talent acquisition and are passionate about learning the recruitment process from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.Resume Screening: Review and assess resumes to match candidates with the appropriate job opportunities.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and information throughout the recruitment process.Job Postings: Create and post job openings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database, ensuring accuracy and organization.Reference Checks: Assist in conducting reference checks for shortlisted candidates.Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters and handling onboarding paperwork.Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
