We have crossed our pre-covid numbers. We want to become the world\'s biggest B2B travel company by enabling over million travel agents, travel entrepreneurs, and influencers to grow their businesses, and achieving Annualized GMV of $25 billion by 2026. Roles and Responsibilities Solve challenging problems and build community of travel entrepreneurs Complete ownership of performance marketing channels i.e. Facebook ads & Google ads and drive the growth of TravClan Build, plan & implement the company\'s overall digital marketing strategy Work closely with product team to help drive growth using product Strong analytical mindset to drive data backed decisions Desired Candidate Profile Ethical, hardworking, and \'passionate about startups\' mindset Disciplined & process oriented Strong negotiation skills and presence of mind An entrepreneurial bent of mind Good understanding of different business verticals Minimum 2 years of experience in Product / Marketing / Growth roles At Least 1 year experience of working in startups Strong education background (IIT / NIT/ BITS / NSIT / DCE / other top engg & DU colleges) Willing to learn more Additional Details Timings - 9.30 am till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time.
