Coupa Implementation Specialist General: Work closely to design processes and align with Business Unit Leaders, Subject matter experts, and Information technology teams. Prior experience with integrating Coupa to ERP like SAP Works effectively with multiple teams simultaneously to accomplish and deliver on business and technical release objectives within expected timeframes A strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods stakeholder management program/project management, risk management, and release management Understanding of the Coupa best practices and participate in rolling out the existing template to new business units. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to demonstrate the functionality, Implement new functionalities to provide added business functions. Anticipate, manage and resolve risks and issues, track progress against milestones, deadlines. The candidate shall report on these items, including dependency information, to key stakeholders Identifies dependencies/gaps between teams and communicates and drives resolution solutions between those teams Create requirements, user stories, business processes, diagrams to assist in the support, development and/or analysis of a product and/or business process Coupa Configurations: Configuration & Validation Blueprint Framework Global Approval Workflow Requisition to Purchase Orders Supplier Management Content & User Management Invoice Management Role Matrix Contract Management Sourcing Document all configuration elements and Periodic Configuration Demonstration and Peer Review with the other team members/SME to validate adherence to the Blueprint Standards Testing, Change Management & Training: Define business test cases, scripts, plans for business UAT. Executes business (pre-UAT) testing and identifies gaps between the product system solutions and business requirements Facilitate and provide guidance to the business as they conduct their own UAT. Support questions, clarifications, refinement of requirements and final solution Conduct training and knowledge sessions with business stakeholders Timely production of project delivery artifacts such as Testing Plans, Process Document, Delivery Document, Configuration document, Training Slide Decks, Test Scripts (UAT)to support Business UAT activities, GO Live Checklist, Go-Live Communication Plan Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field 5+ years large/global technical project implementation experience (ie., Coupa Admin, development, business systems analysis, technical project management) 3+ years Coupa Experience Coupa Certified Coupa Configuration experience in a project setting 5+ years of experience in system integrations design/implementation/management and/or product system development/analysis System Integrations Fit/Gap Analysis API Protocol Knowledge Flat File Processing 5+ years Procure to Pay, Contract Management, Sourcing experience (technical a/o business) working in the areas of : Procure to Pay, Global Approval Flow, International Procurement Processing, Contract Management, Sourcing, Supplier Management , E-Invoicing Knowledge, PO Liquid Template Knowledge, International Taxation Has excellent written and oral communication skills and interact with purchasing managers and approvers.
