Coupa Implementation Specialist General: Work closely to design processes and align with Business Unit Leaders, Subject matter experts, and Information technology teams. Executes business (pre-UAT) testing and identifies gaps between the product system solutions and business requirements Facilitate and provide guidance to the business as they conduct their own UAT. Support questions, clarifications, refinement of requirements and final solution Conduct training and knowledge sessions with business stakeholders Timely production of project delivery artifacts such as Testing Plans, Process Document, Delivery Document, Configuration document, Training Slide Decks, Test Scripts (UAT)to support Business UAT activities, GO Live Checklist, Go-Live Communication Plan Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field 5+ years large/global technical project implementation experience (ie., Coupa Admin, development, business systems analysis, technical project management) 3+ years Coupa Experience Coupa Certified Coupa Configuration experience in a project setting 5+ years of experience in system integrations design/implementation/management and/or product system development/analysis System Integrations Fit/Gap Analysis API Protocol Knowledge Flat File Processing 5+ years Procure to Pay, Contract Management, Sourcing experience (technical a/o business) working in the areas of : Procure to Pay, Global Approval Flow, International Procurement Processing, Contract Management, Sourcing, Supplier Management , E-Invoicing Knowledge, PO Liquid Template Knowledge, International Taxation Has excellent written and oral communication skills and interact with purchasing managers and approvers.
