Role & Responsibilities:- MUST have Experience in selling Tech / IT / B2B SaaS products- Actively engaging with C-level / CXO-level executives from organizations with over 1000 employees.- Effectively presenting company\'s Enterprise\'s recruitment and talent engagement solutions.- Building and managing relationships with prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups.- Conceptualizing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.- Connecting with relevant stakeholders.- Doing initial product positioning.- Mapping customer account for strong stakeholder management.- Strong communication skills with the ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of large Enterprises.Ideal Candidate:- MUST have Experience in selling Tech / IT / B2B SaaS products- MUST have experience visiting B2B clients\' offices for Sales- Demonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated.- Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.- Is self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.- Is analytically strong with excellent problem-solving skills.- Is able to work independently as well as with the team.
