We specialise in enabling fashion manufacturing, sourcing and retailing companies to improve their lead times, costs and performance through technology.Company Size : Startup/Small EnterpriseWorking Days : 5 days/weekRole & Responsibilities :- Responsible for sales in the Indian market for an Enterprise SaaS Product.- Building sales pipeline through primary and secondary research.- Connecting with relevant stakeholders.- Doing initial product positioning.- Mapping customer account for strong stakeholder management.- Coordinating with Pre-sales team on getting Demos/POCs conducted.- Conducting Commercial negotiations leading to closure and contracting.- Collecting payments from customers and managing customer relationships.- Independently managing a deal size ARR of 40L minimum.- Having a strong track record of achieving targets in - Enterprise SaaS sales.- Strong communication skills with the ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of large Enterprises.Ideal Candidate :- Master\'s Degree.- Experience of at least 8 years in sales with a minimum of 4 years in Enterprise SaaS.- Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills.- Solid business development & acquisition experience.- Strong relationship and account management skills.- Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance.- Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently.- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels internally as well as externally.- Experience working in virtual teams.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
