Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our enterprise sales efforts at Vasitum. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a strong understanding of enterprise-level sales strategies, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver value to our clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and qualify new leads, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals effectively.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and forecast future sales trends.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in HR Tech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and emerging technologies like AI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for building strong relationships and ability to effectively connect with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Good to Have:
  • Experience selling AI-powered solutions or other innovative HR technologies.
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful sales channels.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales model.
