As part of a mid-level role, you will contribute to driving sales and expanding our global client base. The position is full-time and requires expertise in customer engagement platforms and enterprise sales solutions. We aim to identify individuals who can foster growth, manage global sales efforts, and nurture partner relationships within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS Enterprise global Sales, demonstrating an ability to engage and convert large enterprises.
  • Competence in Partner Acquisition Enterprise, identifying synergistic opportunities to expand partnerships and market reach.
  • Experience in Partner Selling Enterprise, fostering collaborative strategies to enhance sales channels and maximize growth.
  • Expertise in CX Automation platforms Enterprise Global Sales (Mandatory skill), delivering tailored customer experiences that drive satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CCaaS solutions Enterprise Global Sales (Mandatory skill), offering comprehensive communication solutions to clients.
  • Strength in Omnichannel Communication Enterprise Sales (Mandatory skill), leveraging multiple platforms to ensure seamless customer interaction.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, effectively facilitating discussions and closing high-value deals with senior executives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess market trends, and make strategic sales decisions to achieve business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector to achieve sales targets and expand Twixor's footprint.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for CX Automation, CCaaS, and Omnichannel Communication solutions.
  • Conduct negotiations with prospective clients and partners, securing beneficial agreements and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and feedback on market and competitor activities to support the development of strategies to maintain competitive edge.
  • Represent Twixor at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and showcasing our innovative solutions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, aligning efforts with organizational goals and ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales group.
