The Opportunity



We are seeking a driven and visionary Head of Enterprise Sales to spearhead the growth of CallHippo into the enterprise sector. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-performing sales organization from the ground up and establish CallHippo as a leading enterprise VoIP solution.




Responsibilities:



• Department Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team from the ground up, fostering a culture of collaboration and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive market penetration and customer acquisition within the enterprise segment.
• Revenue Generation: Identify and develop new revenue streams for CallHippo while optimizing existing channels.
• Sales Enablement: Implement effective sales enablement programs including training, coaching, and playbooks to empower your team for success.
• Market Expansion: Spearhead CallHippo's expansion into the enterprise market, identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.
• Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans aligned with company goals, including market expansion strategies.

Qualifications:



• Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and building high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling sales organizations within the enterprise segment.
• Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, complex deal negotiations, and account management strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
