The GTM Enterprise Sales Leader is responsible for originating and closing significant business opportunities with Enterprises in the areas of Enterprise Skilling and Employability Assessments as part of L&T EduTech Services to Enterprises across India.
? Will drive business growth for professional IT skilling and Assessment services with new and existing accounts of L&T EduTech.
? Taking ownership, originating and responding to new business opportunities and owning sales pursuit efforts for RFPs, with a highly talented and motivated support team.
? Engaging closely with Internal Delivery teams and external partners.
? Focus on upselling and cross-selling the services within and across our core capabilities.
? Meet sales goals for Professional Skilling and Assessment services, aligned to organizational annual budgets.
? Successfully support the sales cycle architecting L&T EduTech solutions during the sales phase of a deal.
? Analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, process and existing infrastructure and provide solutions.
? Apply business outcome-based sales principles and demonstrate relevant and transferable company experience in developing sales strategy, opportunity briefs and sales plans.
? Understand the prospect and client decision making process and stakeholder/organizational map.
? Must have trusted relationships with CXOs and Heads of HR and L&D functions of enterprises and leverage them to originate new opportunities. Also, she/he be able to establish new customer relationship for business growth.
? Develops and maintains an accurate, high quality pipeline that is aligned to our company's sales process.
