You can find out more about us from our website: https://university.edyoda.com/ About The Position: As an Enterprise Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to HR leaders to get hiring requirements for EdYoda learners. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, identifying their recruitment needs. Location: Brookefield, Bangalore (All interviews are remote) Annual CTC: INR 4,39,000 per annum (Including Fixed + Variable Portion) Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Position Training Period : 3 Months Training Period Stipend : INR 15500 Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential client companies to gather information about their hiring requirements.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to engage with key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their unique hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customised solutions tailored to each client\'s requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to provide valuable insights and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
