Life on the team Computacenter GIS business unit is seeking a confident and experienced SAP Professionals, to bring maturity to their existing operational risk approach. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in enterprise IT risk management and can create a plan to deliver improvements then execute against the plan. Good communication skills and relationship building will enable the candidate to excel at the role, build a culture of strong risk management and advance their career within Computacenter. What you\'ll do . Enhance the Risk management process - define and educate key stakeholders and support them in identifying, detailing, and managing risks across the department. . Creatively apply knowledge of risk management strategies, frameworks and processes to support internal operations and the wider impact / knock-on effects to our customers. . Deliver high-quality reviews, designs and implementation of enterprise and operational risk management operating models, strategies, frameworks. . Align work with internal associated risk management policies and processes, and with external regulatory requirements and market practices where appropriate. . Deliver projects to evaluate risk culture to identify areas of strength to build on and areas requiring improvement, followed up by implementation of tangible action plans to help strengthen our risk intelligent culture. . Support of the IT business continuity process and disaster recovery processes, and the associated risks. What you\'ll need . Risks are proactively identified, escalated and appropriately assessed. . IS risks are appropriately aligned to the Security Risks and Controls. . Assess risks/ control and actions raised by security are appropriate for operational needs. . Local risk registers, are maintained on a regular basis. . Risk owners are effectively driven and controlled, to ensure risks are well managed across their full lifecycle. . Controls are developed, executed and monitored (including periodic control testing) to manage and mitigate risks in the local risk registers. . Issues are raised on a timely basis where there are gaps or weaknesses in controls with robust and timely remediation plans. . Departmental risks are aligned with the wider full company risk processes and escalated when appropriate. . Robust root cause analysis is performed and corrective actions taken to address any gaps. . Work is carried out in compliance with policies, standards and procedures. . Monthly reporting is delivered against KRIs for the Risk Management Group. . Change approval governance processes are followed.
