Risk Analyst II
Job Summary:
The Compliance/Risk Analyst provides support to the regulatory team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position requires a basic understanding of Mortgage regulations and fulfills the duties and responsibilities to ensure compliance.
Job Duties:• Researches regulations by reviewing regulatory sources of information.
• Creates records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information at various steps in the Regulatory Change Governance process.
• Coordinates and Facilitates work relationships with legal and business partners to address potentially impactful changes.
• Communicate with various departments regarding requirements set forth from the regulatory information sources.
• Assigns requirements to the applicable regulatory contact in a timely manner.
• Maintains quality service by ensuring records are clear, concise and consistent.
• Contributes to team effort by ensuring related tasks are complete and results are provided as needed.


Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree and at least one-year in regulatory, compliance, risk management or mortgage company. Requirement for a degree may be substituted by at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge and Experience in Archer, Outlook and Microsoft teams is preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills specifically Excel, Adobe, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong Initiative with willingness to take on responsibilities and new challenge
