We are currently seeking a Enterprise Resource Planning Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN). Day to Day job Duties: Provide team functional/technical leadership and overall internal team management assistance Perform blueprinting and design for Oracle Hyperion Financial Close suite of applications for on-premise and Cloud products Perform pre-sales support of new Oracle Hyperion related opportunities Define systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design, prototype, implement and rollout solutions Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Hyperion applications and business system processes Proactively and frequently communicate with customers to build and maintain a solid working relationship Integration of Hyperion applications with existing processes and source systems, including budgeting and forecasting, ERP ,data warehouses, flat files etc.. Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing Facilitate client end-user training Basic Qualifications: Recent working experience with FCCS implementations and migrations Corporate Accounting, FP&A or Controllership experience Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills Experience with software full lifecycle methodology Role requires a good attitude, strong business ethics, an analytic mind, the ability to think on your feet, and excellent customer skills Self-starter with high motivation to succeed Team player with strong results orientation Excellent knowledge of financial accounting processes Excellent critical thinking and analytical background Possess strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to gain the confidence of business executives Excellent technology skills related to product implementation Deep knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management Experience with Oracle databases (e.g. Essbase) Strong organization skills and attention to detail In-depth, detailed product knowledge combined with very strong business or technical expertise Highly organized and detailed oriented Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adapt to projects quickly with a can-do attitude Ability to perform the roles of Solution Architect and Project Manager Ability to build relationships with Client and offshore project team members Effective communications at project team level, meeting facilitation and presentations Effective and persuasive written communications Ability to transfer knowledge by coaching, training and mentoring Travel: This position requires someone who can travel as needed for project requirements. Otherwise requires work from home (internet access, phone access and private location with no interruptions). Degree: Undergraduate degree in Finance or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Nice to Have: Graduate degree in Finance preferred Heavy emphasis on implementation experience with Oracle Hyperion Consolidation products Able to demonstrate an ability to be an advisor to the client in a functional capacity a consultant to the client and projects in a technical capacity able to design new applications using information gathered up front
