The Team: The Enterprise Edge Learning Team is S&P Global's dynamic learning team dedicated to fostering personal, team, and leadership skills across our global workforce. As part of the Engagement & Development team within the Corporate-Purpose function, Edge is committed to delivering innovative learning content at scale to empower our people.



The Impact : You will be responsible for meeting with local site leaders to understand the unique learning needs of our India people leaders and teams. By leveraging our current enterprise learning portfolio, including Edge Power Skills, Create, Thrive, and Highly Effective Teams, you will enable highly impactful learning solutions to solve local challenges.

This unique opportunity will challenge you to think globally and locally by delivering meaningful enterprise solutions for local leaders and teams. You will partner with India stakeholders across divisions and functions, enabling you to see themes and challenges across the enterprise.



Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local & global stakeholders to understand challenges and curate training materials for target audiences.



Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both in person and virtually.



Maintain a comprehensive training calendar to ensure seamless delivery.



Analyze monthly metrics for insightful reporting & work with local people partners and business leaders to drive awareness/participation.



Analyze feedback from town halls, VIBE surveys, etc., to identify opportunities for partnering on people leader capability development.



Train other People team members as Trainers for enterprise, divisional, and local learning programs



Evaluate learning program effectiveness through data analysis and participant feedback.



Partner and align with Edge and Create teams to understand the portfolio of learning products and collaborate with team members to curate learning initiatives that can enable local solutions.



Contribute to cross-team initiatives within the broader Engagement and Development or Purpose team.



Partner with local people partners & leadership to identify opportunities and participate in industry awards, Great Places to Work, and other surveys.



What We're looking for:

5+ years of experience in facilitation and managing learning operations.



Experience in data analysis for insightful reporting - must.



Knowledge of adult learning theory with the ability to put theory into practice within the S&P Global context - must.



Strong project or program management skills - must.



Exceptional facilitation and communication abilities.



Proficiency in English communication.



Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a knack for influencing and consensus-building.



Familiarity with Learning Xchange or any other Learning Management Systems is a plus.



Experience in instructional design is a plus.



Required to travel 20% of the time to India offices - must.



Required presence at least 3 days per week in the office - must.
