This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our enterprise-level solutions for the software application environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ETL processes, entity relationship, and data modeling, with a strong background in financial services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical background to support the design, implementation, and maintenance/management of the data warehouse and understand the business background of the datasets.What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Implement ETL processes to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Conduct entity relationship and data modeling (both forward and reverse engineering).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve technical issues and business request
• Fully flow out and document processes related to architecture and the integrations of the data warehouse

What you will need to have:

• 7-10+ years hands-on experience in a corporate/enterprise environment managing data warehouse
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience with ETL processes, entity relationship, and data modeling.
• Experience with data warehousing tools and technologies
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in data architecture
• Proficiency in the Microsoft platform, including SQL databases, server, and technical architecture
• Previous experience in a fintech or financial services environment
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Team player and collaborator
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What would be nice/great to have:

• Experience or understanding of .Net programming (software applications language)
• Leasing or Lending background
