- Experience in Business Analysis, including Business Case Development and Project Planning and Business relationship Management.
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing, Commercials and Financial Management in FMCG or similar industries.
- Experience in project management of Waterfall and AGILE methodologies.
- Experience of Commercial and Financial products such as Salesforce, DMS, Vistex, OneStream, PowerBI.
- SAP SD and FICO processes in FMCG or similar industries.
- Experience with digital transformation and knowledge of Digital Product.
- Experience in Data & Analytics strategy
- efficient delivery of Technology services to Commercial and Finance served within agreed SLAs and financial targets. Ensure Technology Service Owners are aware and accountable for Service SLA's and builds plans back to green for SLA's that are at risk.
- Ensure that Value created by project and process improvement is well reflected in the cost centre and in the P&L of the company.
- Experience in Product Delivery related to Commercial and Finance product.
- Build strong, influential relationships and decision-making processes.
- Domestic travel required and international travel if required.
