The ARS Claims Operations Consultant provides expert guidance and support in mail, document, and file-related duties, facilitating operational and tactical assistance to all operating units. This role collaborates closely with Senior Management to optimize operational/production objectives effectively.Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert assistance and oversight in vendor billing and payment processing

• Provide specialized oversight and processing support related to commercial and other LV claim states.

• Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and vendors.

• Provide expert assistance and oversight in regulatory reporting (e.g., HCRA, MSP).

• Advise and assist in coordinating production related to incoming and outgoing mail, document management, and file storage, retrieval, and destruction.

• Collaborate with Senior Management on the administration of facilities and facilities-related matters.

• Offer specialized support in mail, document, and file-related processes to Claim, Underwriting, and House Counsel Operations.

• Conduct in-depth claim reviews and operational audits to identify complex problems and propose strategic improvements.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
