We are seeking a skilled and experienced

German Translator

for a

6-month contract

position. The ideal candidate will have a

minimum of 3 years of experience

in translation, particularly in

project documentation

within a professional or technical setting. The translator will be responsible for accurately translating written documents from

German to English and vice versa

, ensuring clarity, consistency, and cultural appropriateness.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

as a German Translator, preferably in

project documentation translation

.

Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).

Strong understanding of

technical, legal, or business terminology

. Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently. Experience with

CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation) and translation software

is a plus. Excellent communication and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

Translate

project documentation, reports, contracts, and technical materials

from English to German and vice versa. Ensure

accurate and contextually appropriate

translations that maintain the original meaning. Work closely with

project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders

to ensure translation accuracy. Proofread and edit translated documents to ensure high quality. Maintain

confidentiality

and handle sensitive information with discretion. Meet deadlines while managing multiple translation assignments.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
