Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate English Tutor to join our CSR project in Valsad, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students and professionals, helping them to improve their language skills and enhance their career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and engaging English language classes.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the needs of students.
• Assess students' language proficiency and provide feedback.
• Facilitate group discussions, activities, and presentations to improve communication skills.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Encourage a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in project evaluations and provide regular reports on student progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an English Tutor or similar role.
• Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational software.
• Commitment to the duration of the project (6 months).
• Prior experience in CSR projects or working with diverse student populations is a plus.
