BnC is a consulting firm focused on helping our clients drive growth, enhance performance and sustain leadership in the markets they serve.The RoleBNC has been mandated to recruit an English Trainer in the Aviation Industry for multi location ( Indore, Mumbai and Jalandhar)As an English Trainer in the aviation sector, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training. The training will focus on enhancing the language and communication skills of individuals, particularly in areas relevant to the aviation industry. The key areas of training will include:

• English Grammar and Technicality: Teaching essential grammar rules and their practical application in aviation communication.
• Phonetics and Syllables: Focusing on correct sound production and syllable stress for clear communication.
• Vocabulary Development: Enhancing vocabulary for both everyday and technical aviation-specific contexts.
• Pronunciation: Ensuring accurate and clear pronunciation to meet international communication standards.
• Public Speech Knowledge (PSK): Training students in public speaking skills to improve clarity and confidence in professional interactions.
• Linguistic Phrases: Teaching common phrases and idiomatic expressions for better conversational fluency.
• Accent and Voice Quality: Improving accent neutrality and voice clarity to facilitate effective communication in a global setting.

Ideal ProfileDesired Candidate Profile:

• BA in English or MA in English with 7 to 20 years of experience in English Training and Language Coaching.
• 5 + years of experience in English Teaching/ English Training within the industry (Schools, Spoken English Institute, IELTS Trainer and International BPO)
• Male or female candidate both can apply
• Immediate joiners and good communications skills.

Key Skills:

• Strong command of English language, grammar, and phonetics.
• Expertise in enhancing vocabulary and pronunciation.
• Ability to improve students public speaking and voice quality.
• Experience in teaching linguistic phrases and idiomatic expressions.
• Exposure to language training in educational institutions or BPOs.
