Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language training, with a proven track record of delivering effective and engaging lessons. The Senior English Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, assessing student performance, and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Conduct English language training sessions for students, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
• Develop and deliver specialized training modules tailored to the needs of students pursuing careers in aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
• Curriculum Development:
• Design and update training curricula in line with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Head of Training & Development to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of the institute and its students.
• Incorporate feedback from students and other trainers to continuously improve training programs.
• Assessment & Feedback:
• Assess students' language proficiency and track their progress throughout the training program.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language skills.
• Conduct periodic evaluations and exams to measure student performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
