Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English Communication Trainer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in English and a flair for teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions to improve the communication and language skills of students/employees.
• Design and deliver interactive and engaging lesson plans tailored to various skill levels.
• Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Promote confidence and effective communication through role-plays, group discussions, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of training schedules and attendance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in teaching, training, or public speaking is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools for creating training content.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
