As an English Trainer (Fresher) at Language Leaders, you will embark on an exciting journey of becoming a language education professional. This entry-level position is designed to provide you with the necessary training and hands-on experience to develop into a skilled English language instructor. You will work closely with our experienced trainers and collaborate with students to help them improve their English language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to learn effective English language teaching techniques.
• Assist in Instruction: Support experienced trainers in conducting English language training sessions, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
• Learning Assessment: Assist in administering assessments and evaluations to gauge students' language proficiency and progress.
• Feedback and Support: Provide support to students, offer constructive feedback, and address their questions and concerns.
• Resource Preparation: Assist in the preparation of course materials, lesson plans, and teaching resources.
• Motivation: Inspire and motivate students to engage actively in their English language learning journey.
• Professional Growth: Continuously enhance your knowledge of English language teaching methodologies and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and helping others improve their language skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a collaborative learning environment.

Salary : Rs.10000- 20000 per month
