Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Sessions:

• Deliver interactive and effective English language training programs.

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit varying proficiency levels and learning styles.

• Curriculum Development:

• Design and develop lesson plans and training modules aligned with learners' goals.

• Incorporate grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication activities.

• Assessment and Feedback:

• Assess learners' progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.

• Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve.

Customized Learning:

• Identify individual learning needs and customize training plans accordingly.

• Offer one-on-one coaching when necessary.

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and outcomes.

• Prepare training completion reports as required.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an English Trainer or Teacher.

• Experience teaching various age groups and levels (beginner to advanced).

Skills:

• Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire learners.

• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
