Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum standards. Foster an interactive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage student participation. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. Incorporate modern teaching methods, including technology and creative techniques, to enhance learning. Organize co-curricular activities, such as debates, literary competitions, and storytelling, to enrich language learning. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive academic plan. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in English or related field with a B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE/IB schools. Proficiency in English language with excellent communication skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
