Responsibilities

• Teaching:
• Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students of varying levels.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that meet curriculum objectives.
• Focus on improving students' communication, grammar, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive learning environment.
• Foster respectful and effective communication among students.
• Student Assessment:
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and participation.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement.
• Curriculum Development:
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enrich the curriculum.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Additional Duties:
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Assist with extracurricular activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed., TEFL, or equivalent).
• Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to motivate students.
• Prior experience in teaching English is preferred but not mandatory.
