SRS Public School is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will inspire and educate students in grades [relevant grade levels], fostering a love for literature, writing, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Develop and implement curricula that align with school standards and objectives.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
• Provide individualized support to students who need extra help.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and development.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification/license.
• Proven experience as an English teacher or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Knowledge of contemporary teaching methods and educational pedagogy.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
