Job Description

A privately owned jewelry company is looking for a dynamic and motivated English Teacher to provide language instruction to our employees. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and who enjoys helping individuals enhance their language abilities. The primary focus will be on improving professional communication skills, writing, speaking, and listening comprehension for employees working in various departments, including design, production, and customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver English lessons tailored to the needs of employees at different proficiency levels.
• Develop engaging curriculum materials that focus on professional communication, including industry-specific vocabulary, email writing, and customer interactions.
• Conduct one-on-one or group lessons, depending on the department's needs.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help employees improve their language skills.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage employee participation and growth.
• Adjust lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure all employees benefit from the lessons.
• Organize and conduct language assessments to track employee development.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications).
• TEFL/TESOL certification or other recognized teaching credentials preferred.
• Proven experience teaching English to non-native speakers, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
• Strong understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Ability to teach employees at various proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
• Experience with virtual or in-person teaching methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
