: Part-Time Montessori Elementary English Teacher

Position: English Teacher - Part-Time
Grade Level: Elementary (Ages 6-12)

Overview:
We are Vruksha International School Of Montessori an authentic school that is committed to fostering Montessori education up to grade 12. We have an exciting position for a passionate and dedicated Elementary English Teacher to join our team of Montessori Educators.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and a strong commitment to nurturing a love for language and literacy in children. You will create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment that supports students' academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English language and literacy lessons aligned with Montessori principles.
• Guide students in developing reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills at their own pace.
• Prepare age-appropriate materials and activities to support individualized and group learning.
• Foster a love for reading by introducing students to a variety of literary genres and authors.
• Observe and document student progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English (required).
• Montessori certification for the Elementary level (preferred).
• Teaching experience, preferably in a Montessori environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their individual learning journeys.
