Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and a genuine interest in working with students in 5th to 7th standard. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment, fostering students' language skills, and promoting a love for reading and writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and other assessment tools. Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Manage student behavior effectively to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and integrate innovative teaching methods.
• Extracurricular Activities: Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as reading clubs, writing workshops, and other events that promote English language skills.
• Parental Communication: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and address any concerns or questions.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in English teaching. Participate in professional development opportunities as required.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: B.ed, MA and BA degree in a related field.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience, particularly with students in 5th to 7th standard, is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
