Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) offers a free program, in north India's Hindi belt, for urban youth and for rural youth to build productive and ethical mindsets and core employability skills.

The curriculum build productive and ethical mindsets, English language skills, and digital literacy skills. Additionally, since nobody can really know what the careers of the future will look like FEA teaches students how to continue learning on their own after the program ends and stresses the virtue of being adaptable to workforce changes.

FEA also provides mentorship and career counselling to support students on their journeys.

The Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) runs free courses that teach core employment skills to low-income Indians, typically between ages 18 to 25. Founded by Indian-American entrepreneur Deepak Chopra, the courses are free, i.e. students don't pay, and any adult can join. Each course is one-year long, 100 minutes per day, six days a week. Students are taught English, digital literacy, and other skills for career success. As of November 2024, FEA is teaching 80,269 students per year in 1367 training centers in 10 states in north India. Preliminary studies have shown that completing an FEA course increases a student's lifetime income by 53 lakh rupees.

TEACHERS (TEACHING STAFF)

FEA facilitators are dynamic individuals, working at the grass-root level in FEA branches. Facilitators are the backbone of the FEA program and every day they strive to develop positive relationships with their students, supporting, nurturing, and mentoring them towards the completion of the program and helping the students make their way towards a successful career.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

FEA provides intensive and skill-based training and support through its in-house staff training academy at Lucknow Gahru facility. Our staff training program has been designed to grow talent and empower staff to become excellent facilitators, and leaders and assume management positions at the head office levels.

TRAINING PROGRAM

30-45 days training program. We pay for the travel, have comfortable accommodation and all meals for free.

CURRICULUM TRAINING

We will continue to provide online and offline training for every individual's expertise.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

Our professional development workshops help FEA staff develop both professionally and personally and prepare them to take on leadership positions within the organization.

LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT

Our language development program helps staff gain proficiency and fluency in the English language.
